Share your products, food or services with guests celebrating German heritage and fall traditions at Herbstfest. We welcome vendors who can help create a festive, family-friendly experience for the community.
Interested vendors must complete an application for consideration. Space is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Introducing Herbstfest!
Celebrate German heritage, music and tradition at Herbstfest celebrating German Day, presented by VIVA Bavaria. This family-friendly fall festival brings Northeast Ohio’s German and Austrian communities together for an afternoon of live entertainment, traditional performances, games, hayrides and plenty of gemütlichkeit.

Herbstfest is more than a fall festival. It is an opportunity to gather with family and friends, celebrate the traditions passed down through generations and experience the music, dancing and community that make German culture so special.

Admission is $5 for adults ages 16 and older. Children younger than 16 receive free admission.

Indoor performances, outdoor entertainment and games are included with admission. Horse-drawn hayrides require an additional ticket.

Yes. Herbstfest offers traditional music, dancing, games and activities for guests of all ages.
Event Details
Outdoor Fall Activities
Live performances, Cornhole, Nagelschlagen, Pumpkin tic-tac-toe and other free games and activities.
Horse-Drawn Hayrides
Take in the fall scenery during a horse-drawn wagon ride.
$10 for adults ages 16 and older
$5 for children ages 15 and younger
$25 for a family of two adults and up to three children younger than 16
Hayride tickets are separate from event admission.
Main Hall Schedule
12:30 p.m. | Parade of Flags and national anthems
1 to 5 p.m. | Performances by Northeast Ohio’s German and Austrian folk groups, including traditional dancers and choirs
Enjoy live music throughout the celebration from Deutsche Musik Verein.
